The lord of the day for today is Sun. The Sun reigns over the East direction. Moon is in a watery sign. It favors the North direction. Both of the two factors support north direction. So, it is auspicious for today.

You can travel safely in the North-East direction also. But better avoid starting a journey towards the direction of South and South-West. It may not give you the fruitful result.

Taking a journey in the rest of the directions may not be a good idea. Make sure, you do not forget worshipping Lord Shiva before starting the journey. Worshipping the god of the relevant planets will decrease the evil effects and bring success in your journey. It may give you the desired results.
